Refund policy

At Graphicline, we specialize in customized and made-to-order products. Each item is created specifically for you, so our return and refund policy is designed accordingly.


1. No Return on Customized Products

  • All personalized/customized products (with name, photo, or custom text) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Since these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold.


2. Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund

We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect


3. Reporting an Issue

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product as proof.

4. Resolution Process

  • After verification, we will:

    • Provide a replacement (preferred), or

    • Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible)

  • Resolution time: 3–7 business days


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before processing starts.

  • Once a customized order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.


7. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer (wrong name, image, address)

  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences)

  • Delay caused by courier partners

  • Refused or undelivered COD orders
