At Graphicline, we specialize in customized and made-to-order products. Each item is created specifically for you, so our return and refund policy is designed accordingly.
1. No Return on Customized Products

All personalized/customized products (with name, photo, or custom text) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Since these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund
We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong product
-
The product has a manufacturing defect
3. Reporting an Issue

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos/videos of the product as proof.

4. Resolution Process

After verification, we will:

Provide a replacement (preferred), or

Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible)

Resolution time: 3–7 business days
5. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before processing starts.

Once a customized order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns/refunds for:

Incorrect details provided by the customer (wrong name, image, address)

Minor color variations (due to screen differences)

Delay caused by courier partners

Refused or undelivered COD orders
